Grief Support

Finding Hope and Healing

What is Grief Support?

Losing a loved one can be such a difficult experience. At LifeTouch Health, our compassionate team helps caregivers and family members celebrate life, navigate challenges and find healthy ways to copy. We offer grief support for families, as well as all community members who would like to participate.

With LifeTouch Health, grief support – also known as bereavement services – is available for up to 13 months following the loss of a loved one. This support can look different for everyone, but our services can include:

  • One-on-one grief support

  • Virtual or in-person support groups

  • Telephone calls and correspondence

  • Education on grief and loss

  • Education on healthy coping strategies

  • Annual memorial services

When additional grief support is needed, we can help connect individuals with trusted outside resources.
