The Towbin Heritage Society
The Towbin Heritage Society is the Foundation’s program for planned giving. Planned gifts, sometimes known as estate or deferred gifts, are far more than a tax benefit or sensible financial donation. They offer a way to share with your family and others your values and what is most important to you, giving you an opportunity to make a lasting difference.
The late Dr. Eugene J. Towbin believed in our mission. He envisioned a community focused on expert, compassionate care – including the best, most complete medical, emotional and spiritual care available – yet still embracing each individual’s dignity and unique needs. In 2002, the Arkansas Hospice Foundation, now LifeTouch Health Foundation, launched a donor recognition program to honor those who make special provisions in their estate to support our mission. Dr. Towbin’s dedication and vision for providing the very best end-of-life care was our inspiration.

Matching Gifts
Many corporations have a matching gift program in which they match donations made by their employees to eligible nonprofit donations. Matching gifts are often overlooked, but this “free money” could double, or even triple, the impact of your gift to LifeTouch Health. When considering a donation to support our mission, please ask your employer, or your spouse’s employer, if they have a matching gift program.
