1:30 p.m. Shannon Boshears
A longtime fixture of the Arkansas music scene, Shannon Boshears delivers bluesy grit, soulful vocals and expressive guitar work. She’s also getting the party started—literally. As Executive Director of the Arkansas Hospice Foundation, Boshears helped create the first Party at the Plaza in 2022. Based in Little Rock, she continues to perform across the region, bringing her soulful blend of blues, rock and roots music to every stage.
2:50 p.m. The Rocktown Sparks
Little Rock’s own Rocktown Sparks bring high-energy performances and a dance-floor-ready mix of classic and modern hits. The band has sold out local venues and performed at major events including the Arkansas State Fair and the Simmons Bank Championship PGA Tournament, and they are regular guests on THV 11’s The Vine. They’ve also been “ordained” as the Official House Band of Party at the Plaza, keeping the celebration going year after year.
4:10 p.m. Rodney Block feat. Bijoux
Trumpeter Rodney Block is one of Arkansas’s most dynamic musicians, blending jazz, soul and R&B into a signature sound. A native of Dumas, he has performed on stages around the world and built a strong following across the region. Joined by powerhouse vocalist Bijoux, the group delivers an energetic mix of sophisticated jazz and soulful grooves
5:10 p.m. The Compass Award presented to Sharon Davis
This year’s Michael V. Aurelli Compass Award honors Sharon Davis for her unwavering commitment to compassion, service and the mission of LifeTouch Health. The award recognizes individuals whose dedication guides the organization’s work in caring for Arkansans facing serious illness and loss.
Sharon has been a steadfast supporter of Arkansas Hospice and its mission, helping advance the organization’s efforts to provide physical, emotional and spiritual care to patients and their families across the state. The Compass Award is named in honor of Michael V. Aurelli, founder of Arkansas Hospice, and celebrates those who embody the same spirit of leadership, generosity and a true “hospice heart.”
5:10 p.m. Genine Latrice Perez and The Sound
Central Arkansas vocalist Genine Latrice Perez is known for her powerful blend of soul, gospel and R&B. She has been featured as a guest vocalist with the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra and regularly performs at concerts and special events across the state with her band The Sound. With commanding vocals and heartfelt delivery, Perez brings energy and soul to every performance.
6:50 p.m. Kris Allen
Arkansas native Kris Allen, winner of American Idol Season 8, has built a successful career as a singer-songwriter and performer. Known for his soulful voice and heartfelt songwriting, Allen blends pop, rock and folk influences into music that connects with audiences worldwide while maintaining strong ties to his Arkansas roots.
8:30 p.m. The Cleverlys
The Cleverlys are a nationally touring musical comedy and bluegrass group known for turning popular hits into hilarious acoustic performances. With sharp humor, colorful stage personalities and impressive musicianship, the band transforms songs from artists across genres into inventive bluegrass arrangements. They have appeared on the Grand Ole Opry and stages across the country, delivering shows that keep audiences laughing and singing along.
